Q. How Do I Qualify for Home Health Care?
A. To qualify for home health care, you must be homebound, have a doctor's referral which we can obtain, and require the services of a skilled professional, such as a nurse, therapist or home health aide.

Q. Where Do You Provide Services?
A. Home health care services are provided for residents residing in the Mercer County community of New Jersey.

Q. What Services Are Offered?
A. Visiting Nurse Association offers a variety of services: Skilled Nursing, Hospice Services, Rehabilitation Therapies, Home Health Aides, Medical Social Worker and Diabetic Management. VNA has several programs that cater to individual needs. Please visit our Services page for information.

Q. What Is Intermittent Care?
A. Intermittent care is any care that is not continuous; that is, visits are not made on a daily basis. Visits are made as determined in the care plan for each patient.

Q. How Do I Pay for Services? What Insurances Do You Accept?
A. Visiting Nurse Association accepts payment from Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurances.
