Hospice is a special way of caring for patients at the end of their lives. Since 1938, VNA Home Care of Mercer County has cared for patients at every stage of life. The establishment of a dedicated Hospice program in 1994 was a natural extension of our tradition of providing comprehensive services to maintain our patients where they choose to be - in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by family and friends.
