VNA Home Health Aides are certified by the NJ State Board of Nursing, have special training in providing care in the home setting, and must meet ongoing competency requirements. The Registered Nurse will assess your condition to develop a care plan based on your unique needs. Our aides provide assistance with personal care such as bathing, activities of daily living; including getting dressed, ambulation, eating, and other non-medical tasks assigned by the Registered Nurse. VNA aides may help you with simple exercises as needed based on the recommendations of a rehabilitation therapist.
