Who Is VNA of Mercer County?
Founded by the Zonta Club of Trenton in 1938, The Visiting Nurse Association of Mercer County has proudly served its patients, families, physicians, health care providers, and the community for 65 years. VNA is the oldest and largest community based home health care provider in Mercer County. We are a non-profit, certified home health agency and hospice, licensed by the NJ Department of Health, governed by a volunteer board of directors.
Why Choose VNA?

Today, patients spend less and less time in the hospitals. Many procedures are done on an outpatient basis and the length of stay for inpatients has dramatically been reduced. More recovery, rehabilitation, and care for chronic diseases and conditions is happening at home, and our professional staff is there to make it possible.

We offer 24 hour availability 7 days per week ....We're always there when you call
